The Civil Defence Academy (CDA) is the premier training institution of the Singapore Civil Defence Force. The academy is committed to conducting professional and specialized training in the field of civil defence, covering a wide range of training courses such as disaster management, fire-fighting, urban search and rescue, and many more.

Since the Academy’s opening in 1999, it has trained over 6,000 international participants from over 134 countries. Other than its flagship international courses, the Academy also provides customised training consultancies and in-country capacity building.
